Baby Swaddle Wraps

After being overwhelmed by the response to our first product, Shiloh The Sleepy Sloth, we have spent this year creating new products to help you and your baby at bedtime. Now autumn is here, and we are ready to launch our next product - say hello to our new Baby Swaddle Wraps!

We used nature as the inspiration for our designs, and designed one pattern for each of the four elements - Water, Earth, Wind, and Fire. We followed the natural theme even further by making sure that all of our Swaddle Wraps are made from wonderfully soft 100% GOTS certified organic cotton.

Unlike traditional swaddle blankets, you will not need to be an expert in origami to swaddle your baby - we wanted to make life as easy as possible for new parents. Instead of coming as a square of cloth which you need to figure out how to fold up, our self fastening swaddle wraps are shaped so that it is as simple and secure as possible to swaddle your baby.

So why swaddle your baby? 

Swaddling has been done for thousands of years! Wrapping your baby in a swaddle subdues their startle reflex, which helps prevent your baby from waking themselves up in the early months. It also makes your little one feel safe and secure by imitating the womb environment. This can really help to calm an anxious or colicky baby. 

It also keeps your little one's hands off their face preventing scratching, and keeps your baby on their back while they sleep. Your baby (and you!) can enjoy a more peaceful sleep!
