Shiloh The Sleepy Sloth

Shiloh (from Hebrew, meaning "peace") has been designed with care in the UK to bring your baby (and you!) a peaceful sleep!

We wanted to create something that would help during those early days in parenthood when the constant soothing back to sleep is exhausting for everyone involved! We spent months designing Shiloh, and the result is something we are so proud of. His cry sensor detects stirring and activates one of his five soothing features to help your little one get back to sleep. Choose from classic Brahm’s Lullaby, low pitch white noise, rainfall recordings, recordings of mother’s heartbeat and a gentle pink night light in Shiloh's tummy.

A very special moment for us leading up to our product launch, was at our first photoshoot with baby Jack. As we were taking photographs, Jack woke up and started to cry. Moments later, Shiloh started playing Brahm’s lullaby - Jack’s eyes fluttered, and with a big yawn, Jack was straight back to sleep. It was such a beautiful moment to see, and we aren’t ashamed to admit there were a few teary eyes in the room!

We knew from the start that we wanted to make Shiloh a unique and distinctive character. Something children would love long after he was needed to help them sleep. We chose a sloth because of their slow and sleepy nature, the perfect bedtime companion!

His soft and tactile design is something we worked very hard to create. His soft plush fur makes him super soft and cuddly, and babies love to play with his variety of other textures and shapes. He has a squishy body, embroidered clicky buttons, and soft fiddly little claws that your little one will love to play with.

He’s very easy to use - the buttons on his body are embroidered with clear icons and make a distinctive click. He can come with you wherever you go too! His self fastening strap makes it easy to attach him to cribs, car seats or Moses baskets, meaning you can soothe on the go, hassle free.
